Accommodation

accommodation consists of:

Three bedrooms, two doubles and one single, upstairs. Downstairs there’s a sitting room, large hall, salon, kitchen/dining room, bathroom and laundry room with second WC, plus a couple of extra storage rooms.

Outside there’s a sizeable patio and a roof terrace with fabulous views over the village, the olive groves and to the mountains beyond.

The house has been renovated to a high standard retaining as much of the 100 years old original building as possible – but all-new plumbing! The house is equipped with all the modern amenities you may want, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine, spin dryer, iron and ironing board. We provide linen and bath towels, but please bring your own beach towels.

The lounge has a TV with UK Freesat and DVD player, there is an iPod dock and another radio/cd music system, and for those cooler winter nights, a log burning stove.

31 Calle San Juan

Calle San Juan is a typical residential street of an Andalucian village.

The last road on a hill that leads to the historic monuments of the alcazaba, a convent, hermitage, church and Moorish castle.

There is a small supermarket almost directly opposite the house where only Spanish is spoken, but you will find all the basic essentials for living.

When parking your car note that where the kerb stones are painted yellow there is no parking, and ensure you park on the same side of the street as everyone else (it’s changes to the opposite side on the 1st of the month).
